With the AI Review functionality, users can efficiently review contracts, detect deviations from contractual policy and anticipate risks. The ‘Ask Oro’ function enables legal and operational teams to query their contract database or a specific contract and quickly obtain precise answers. Finally, Oro also generates summaries tailored to the specific needs of the recipients (legal, purchasing, finance, sales, etc.). Reviewing a contract

With Tomorro's AI, reviewing a contract becomes quick and easy. Our assisted review functionality helps operational staff to become more autonomous. Oro analyses contracts and automatically flags up any instances of non-compliance with your contractual policy. Even where there is no formal contractual policy, tacit practices are integrated and highlighted by Oro, based on your existing contractual database.

Find the information

Our ‘Ask Oro’ feature makes it easy to find essential information in your contracts. You can ask a wide range of questions which Oro will answer in a matter of seconds, for example:

How many contracts have been signed in the last three months?
List me all the contracts containing a price revision clause applicable in the next three months

Archiving a contract

Tomorro's AI makes archiving easier, thanks to automated data extraction. AI automatically scans and extracts key information from contracts. Summary sheets are pre-filled by the AI, making the contractual data immediately usable. Our AI also sets up automatic alerts (renewals, expiries, etc.).
